For the launch of Zoī - meaning “life” in Greek - a new preventive health centre located in a five-storey Haussmannian building in the heart of Paris, we designed the logotype, custom typeface, visual identity, packaging, and signage.

The Z icon with a macron accent reflects both Zoī's disruptive approach to preventive healthcare and the radical minimalism of the experience. We designed Zoī Sans, a custom sans-serif typeface formally derived from the icon, and developed comprehensive brand guidelines applied across every touchpoint, from the app and digital presence to environmental graphics.

We also created a complete set of pictograms for safety signage and to identify the different wellness experiences. Linked to both the icon and the typeface, they exist as physical elements as well as animated digital assets.

Working closely with Sala Hars Architects, we developed a comprehensive signage system with metal inlays integrated throughout the building. From the onsen's volcanic stone to the corridors' plastered walls, letters and symbols are either cut out and inserted, or used directly as stencil shapes.

The street signage subtly hints at the contemporary interior while preserving the character of the classic Parisian façade. Floor directories were designed with the same attention to detail, engraved in metal or silkscreened onto laminated plastic.

For Zoī's starter kit—conceived as the user's first physical interaction with the brand—we designed a monolithic box containing a series of seamlessly sliding, custom-moulded folders, each housing a bodily fluid collection container. Extending the project's emphasis on precision, clarity and care, the packaging translates the identity system into a tactile experience.

Zoī was founded by Paul Dupuy and Ismaël Emelien, and raised a seed round of twenty million euros. Its first location opened in Paris, steps from Place Vendôme, with international expansion underway.
